The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the objection window for the JEE Main 2025 answer key tomorrow, February 6. Candidates who wish to challenge the JEE Main provisional answer key can visit the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, and submit their objections before 11:50 PM on February 6.

The agency opened the objection portal on February 4. To download the provisional answer key, candidates must log in using their application number and password.
Steps to Raise an Objection Against the Answer Key:
- Go to the official JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click the link for the “JEE Mains Answer Key.”
- Enter your application ID and password to log in.
- Download the answer key.
- You will see an option labelled “File Objection Against Answer Key” or “Challenge Answer Key.” Click on it.
- Provide a reason for each objection and upload any supporting documents to back up your claim.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 for each question you challenge.
- After uploading the necessary documents and objections, submit the form.
- Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation or receipt, which should be saved for future reference.
JEE Main 2025 Objection Fee
Candidates who are unhappy with the provisional answer key can challenge it by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question. NTA has made it clear that objections without adequate justification or evidence will not be accepted.
JEE Main Result Date
As per the NTA information bulletin, the JEE Main Session 1 results are expected to be announced by February 12, 2025. However, the release date may be subject to change.
