Important Dates of NIFT Exam 2024

Aspirants, who understand the real facts of NIFT 2024 exam, should also know the important dates and events of the exam. The exam dates are given as tentative.

NIFT Application Form 2024

The National Institute of Fashion Technology releases the application form 2024 on December 5, 2023. Aspirants desirious for Bachelor’s or Master’s courses in Fashion Technology shall start downloading the application form from the official site. 

The exam body allows the aspirants to submit the filled in application form till January 8, 2024. The Application forms are accepted online mode alone.

Application Correction Window

NIFT will activate the application correction window on the official site in stipulated time. It is probably in the second week of January 2024, candidates are allowed to edit selective fields of NIFT Application form 2024.

NIFT Exam Application Form Fee 2024

The National Institute of Fashion Technology has prescribed an application form fee for the candidates to apply for the NIFT entrance exam 2024. Candidates of all categories must pay an appropriate application form fee 2024 NIFT. Check the following table to know form fee:

NIFT Eligibility Criteria 2024

The National Institute of Fashion Technology has determined eligibility criteria that all the candidates required to fulfil to submit the NIFT application form 2024. Check the following bullets to match up with the NIFT Eligibility criteria 2024.

• Age Limit – Candidates must be not less than 17 years to take NIFT Entrance test 2024. Aspirants should be not more than 24 years to the exam for UG Course programs. Whereas for the PG Courses, there is no upper age limit.
• Education Qualification – Candidates should have completed higher secondary/intermediate education level to take NIFT exam 2024. Any other equivalent course to the Intermediate level from the recognised institution is a minimal education qualification to take NIFT 2024 Entrance Exam for UG programs. 
• Education Qualification for PG Course – Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an approved college or university.
• Number of Attempts Allowed – Candidates are allowed to take the NIFT Entrance exam 2024 until they succeed.

NIFT Exam 2024 Syllabus

The National Institute of Fashion Technology has determined the following Syllabus NIFT 2024 Exam that candidates are required to cover before the exam. They are:

• Quantitative Ability
• Communication Ability & English Comprehension
• Analytical Ability & Logical Ability
• General Knowledge & Current Affairs

NIFT Exam Date 2024

The Exam conducting body will announce definite NIFT 2024 Exam date as per schedule on the official notification. Candidates are required to prepare well & appear for the exam on the prescribed date.

NIFT Admit card 2024

Few days before the NIFT entrance exam, the exam body will release the NIFT 2024 Admit card for the candidates who have applied for the exam. Only from the official site alone, candidates can download the NIFT Admit card 2024. 

Using application Number/Registration number as user name and Date of birth as password, candidates can download the admit card NIFT 2024. It is to be produced at NIFT Exam hall 2024 and candidates without the admit card are not allowed to appear for the exam.

NIFT Exam Answer Key 2024

As the entrance exam is completed, the exam body has released the provisional answer key on February 18, 2024. Candidates may cross-check the answer key to evaluate tentative marks to be scored in entrance exam. 

Candidates are also allowed to raise objections against the NIFT answer key 2024 by submitting appropriate evidence of objection. NIFT Exam board will provide definite time to raise objections. Final answer key is released in the third week of February 2024 after analysing all the objections.

NIFT Result 2024

Few weeks after the entrance exam NIFT 2024, NIFT will declare the NIFT 2024 Result on the official site. Candidates are provided with a relevant result link to check the status of qualification on the official site.

What After NIFT 2024 Exam Result?

Soon after the result announcement for Indian candidates and NRI candidates, the exam body will conduct interviews in the third & fourth week of April 2024. NRI & Indian Candidates should register for counselling sessions.

NIFT Counselling 2024

As per schedule, NIFT 2024 Counselling is expected to be conducted in the month of May/June 2024. Both Indian & NRI Candidates should register for NIFT Counselling 2024 within stipulated time.
