SRMJEEE Counselling 2024 Dates

Candidates who have qualified the SRMJEEE exam and whose names are listed on the merit list/ rank list will  only be eligible for SRMJEEE Counselling 2024. The SRMIST 2024 Counselling is completed through some steps such as Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, Fees Payment etc.

SRMJEEE 2024 Counselling Process

The SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure is conducted on the basis of SRMJEEE Rank List 2024. Those candidates whose names are listed on the SRMJEEE 2024 Rank List, only they are eligible to participate in the SRMIST Counselling Process. Below, we have provided the step by step process for the SRMJEEE 2024 registration Counselling Process.

Step 1 – Login & Choice Filling: Candidates need to login to the official portal to check the SRMJEEE Rank List 2024. Only those candidates will be eligible for SRMIST Counselling 2024 whose names are listed on the rank list. The eligible candidates will be allowed to fill choices of their preferred courses and colleges. 

Step 2 – SRMJEEE 2024 Seat Allotment: The SRMJEEE Counselling seat allotment 2024 will be done on the basis of some factors such as choice filling, merit and availability of seats.

Step 3 – Fees Payment : After the announcement of SRMJEEE 2024 Seat Allotment List, candidates will have the option to confirm their seats by paying the fee. Then the next round will happen.

Step 4 : Document Verification : After confirming the seat, the SRMJEEE 2024 Counselling Document Verification Process will happen. Once the document verification is completed, candidates need to report to the allotted institutes for remaining admission procedure (if any). 

Documents Required for SRMJEEE Counselling 2024

There are some important documents which will be needed to complete the SRMIST Counselling 2024. The following list of documents which might be needed at the time of SRMJEE 2024 Counselling Process – 

• SRMJEEE Counselling call letter 2024
• Class 10th (or equivalent) Marksheet
• Class 12th (or equivalent) Marksheet
• SRMJEEE Admit Card 2024
• SRMJEEE Rank Card 2024
• Photo Identity Proof – Aadhar/ PAN/ Passport (Original and Photocopy)
• Receipt of fee payment through E-Payment Facility or Demand Draft
• Cancelled Cheque Leaf with the Name of the Parent/ GrandParent/ Candidate printed on it.

SRMJEEE 2024 Seat Allotment – Important Points

• Candidates who will be allotted a seat after the choice filling. After getting SRMJEEE Seat Allotment letter 2024, candidates will have to pay a fee. Failing to complete the payment of fees will lead to the result of disqualification of their candidature.
• Candidates will be allotted to the seats on the basis of the SRMJEE Rank List 2024, availability of seats and choice filing.
• SRMJEEE 2024 seat allotment will be only completed after completion of successful document verification.
