XAT Registration Form 2024 Last Date, Fees ‣ How to Fill XLRI XAT Application Form

XAT 2024 Registration form is available on the official site, xatonline.in. The XAT 2024 applications started on July 15, 2023. Candidates are required to fill and submit the form before the XAT application 2024 last date i.e. December 10, 2023.

They need to fill out the form and submit a fee of Rs, 2100 using credit, debit, or net banking. It is important to note that candidates belonging to the reserved category are not being given any concessions in the filling of the XAT 2024 registration form i.e. the amount of the form will be the same for everyone.

Candidates should check their eligibility for the exam before filling out the XAT exam form. Candidates who have finished their graduation in any stream and candidates who are in the last year of their college are eligible for filling XAT 2024 form. Eligibility Criteria of XAT 2024

Before filling the XAT 2024 form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria of the XAT 2024 exam. XAT 2024 eligibility criteria will consist of minimum qualifying marks, academic qualifications and age limit, etc. The most important points regarding the eligibility criteria are:

•  Candidates who have finished their graduation in any particular stream from any recognized college are eligible for XAT 2024.
• Those who are in the final year of their college are also eligible to sit for the XAT 2024 exam. 
• The last date for candidates applying through GMAT is the last week of December 2023.

Documents Required for Filling XAT 2024 Form

 Answer1. The documents such as the Class 10th and 12th mark sheet along with the master’s mark sheet are required in pdf form.

Question 2. What are the details to be kept in mind while uploading passport-size photographs?
Answer 2. The details to be kept in mind are: 

• The photo to be posted must be recent and converted into jpg or jpeg format. 
• The picture to be posted should be colored with a light background. 
• The photograph size should vary from 20 KB to 50 KB and its dimension should be 200 x 300 pixels. 
• Religious symbols such as Turbans are allowed, but it should cover the candidate’s face and other things are prohibited. 
• People who wear glasses should ensure that their face is clearly visible. 

How to fill the XAT 2024 Registration Form?

Given below are a few steps that must be kept in mind while filling the XAT 2024 exam form. To avoid mistakes candidates can refer to the information given below before filling out the form. 

Step 1 – Visit the Official Site

To fill out the XAT 2024 form candidates should visit the site: www.xatonline.in and create their Login ID and Password. 

Step 2 – Enter your details and log in

Candidates who want to register for the first time should  click on the new candidate login and candidates who have already registered successfully should click on the “registered login” tab. 

Candidates will be presented with two options on the official website

• Option 1 – Registration for new candidates 
• Option 2 – Registered candidate login

Those who have not created a user or login ID and are doing it for the first time will have to create a user ID and password and those who have registered it previously are required to move on with the form filling procedure.  The details required to create their ID for the form filling procedure are:

• Name of the Candidate 
• Email address of the Candidate
• Existing mobile number of the candidate 
• Create a password 
• Select a state
• Candidates must select the city 
• Enter the Captcha Code 

 After entering the security code candidates have to click on the “I agree” optio and proceed with the submission of the process.

After successful submission, the screen will display XAT 2024 registration following details.

• XAT ID
• Candidates name
• Country
• Email ID
• Date of birth
• Mobile number

Step 3 – To continue further click on the “Go to XAT application form” tab

 After creating your login credentials, candidates have to login again by entering the XAT ID and Password to log in. To fill out the application form and proceed form click on the application form  and start with the form- filling process. 

Step 4 – Filling the XAT 2024 Application Form 

After logging in and filling the registration form candidates can now start filling the application form and fill information in various areas present in the exam form. The areas to be filled are:

Work Experience	Candidates must enter work experience, a full-time job will be valid and candidates must be doing their job after completion of graduation.
Signature	The signature should be on white paper with black ink. The signature should be properly scanned and file size should range from 10 KB to 20KB and the dimension should be 140x 60 pixels.

Step 6 -Details of the Program have to be entered by the candidates 

Now candidates are asked to enter the name of the program that they want to pursue and they can enter their options by using the number of courses given below:

• Business Management
• Human Resource Management
• Fellow Programme in Management

 A minimum work experience of 4.5 years is required for the General Management Program.

 After the candidates have selected the program they will have to fill in the preference of the college campus that they want. Candidates are required to choose two test centres as their preference for giving the examination. 

Step 7 – Payment of XAT 2024 Application Form 

 After the candidate has filled all the details of the application form and submitted the documents required, the candidate now has to pay the application fee costing Rs. 2000. The various modes of payment that can be used by the candidate for filling the application fee are a Credit Card, Debit Card. Net Banking, Paytm and various other wallets.

Key Points to remember while submitting the Application Fee

• The fees that have to be paid for submitting the XAT application form is Rs. 2100. 
• Candidates who want to be a part of XLRI programs have to pay an additional fee of Rs 200/- each..
• NRI or Foreign candidates who are applying for one or more than one program through GMAT have to pay a fee of Rs 5000. 
• No separate registration fees for candidates belonging to the scheduled castes. 

Step 8 – Payment Receipt to be Downloaded 

After finishing up the registration and application filling part of the process. Candidates are required to download a payment receipt which will be displayed on the candidates screen. This receipt is important and it can be used as a proof of payment by the candidate. Candidates are required to take a print out of this receipt and application form which will be available in PDF form. The candidates will get a notification on their registered mobile number and email ID. 

What after the XAT 2024 Registration Process?

After the candidate has successfully registered his XAT 2024 application form. XLRI will open the correction window in the near future and after the completion of the correction window process the candidate will be able to download the admit card. While downloading the admit card candidates are required to use their login ID and password.  

Do’s and Don’ts of the XAT Registration Process

• Only two centres have to be filled by the candidate as test centre preferences. 
• Candidates should fill the details properly and upload the required documents very carefully. 
•  If the receipt is not displayed on the candidate’s screen that shows that the payment has failed and if an E- receipt is generated on the candidate’s screen that means payment has been successful. 
• If the payment process has failed the candidate will not receive a payment receipt and to finish up with the payment process the candidate has to go through the payment process again.  
•  Immediately take out a print out of the receipt as it can be generated only once. 

XAT Exam Centres 2024

A list of exam centres has been released wherein the exam will take place. A list has been released for the XAT 2024 test centres as well. The candidates are required to fill only two test centres as their preference for the exam.
