NMMS Telangana Registration 2026-27 Begins: Last Date to Apply Online and Exam Date

The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Telangana, has started the NMMS Telangana Registration 2026-27 for Class 8 students. Eligible students can now submit their NMMS application form 2026-27 through the official portal at bse.telangana.gov.in.

Interested candidates should complete the registration before August 24, 2026 and ensure that all required documents are submitted correctly through their schools. The exam will take place on November 1, 2026.

Who Can Apply for NMMS Telangana Exam 2026-27?

Students must satisfy the following eligibility conditions before applying:

• Must be studying in Class 8 during the 2026-27 academic session.
• Must be enrolled in a Government, Local Body, Government-aided, or eligible school in Telangana.
• Must have secured the minimum qualifying marks prescribed in the previous class as mentioned in the official notification.
• The annual family income should be within the limit prescribed under the NMMS scheme.
• Students studying in private schools are generally not eligible unless specifically covered under the scheme.

NMMS Telangana Exam Pattern 2026-27

The scholarship examination consists of two papers:

• Subjects include Mathematics, Science, and Social Science

NMMS Telangana Scholarship Amount

Students who qualify for the NMMS examination and fulfil all eligibility requirements will receive a scholarship of ₹12,000 per year. The scholarship supports students from Class 9 to Class 12, subject to the continuation conditions prescribed under the scheme.
