MP Board 12th Blueprint 2023 – Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education or MPBSE has released the blueprint of 12th class MP Board question papers. The blueprint of MPBSE 12th syllabus 2023 is made available online on mpbse.nic.in.

Section-A (Reading Skill) 10 Marks

One unseen passage which may be factual, descriptive, literary or case based.

Multiple choice questions/ objective type questions will be asked. 

Note Making based on a passage:. 4 Marks 

  • For correct Title: 1 mark
  • Numbering and Indenting: 1 mark
  • Key / Glossary/ use of abbreviations: 1 mark
  • Notes: 1 mark 

Section – B (Writing Skills)

Notice/ Advertisement/ Poster making: 4 Marks

  • For correct format 1 mark
  • Content/body 2 marks
  • Expression 1 mark 

Letter writing. 4 Marks 

  • For correct format 1 mark
  • Content/body 2 marks
  • Expression 1 mark

Long Composition. 4 Marks

  • Language 1 mark
  • Content 2 marks
  • Expression 1 marks 

Section – C (Grammar) 10 Marks 

Questions on gap filling, Tenses, Prepositions, Verbs, Conjunctions, Articles, Modals, Determiners etc.

Do as directed.

Voices, Transformation of sentences , Clauses etc. 

Section D (Textbooks) 44 marks

This section will have the variety of assessment items including multiple choice questions, objective type questions, short answer type questions and long answer type questions to assess comprehension, analysis, interpretation and extrapolation of the textbooks.
