What is the Composite Score?

The AP EAMCET composite score is the final score used to prepare the rank list. It is calculated as follows:

Composite Score = (75% of AP EAMCET Marks) + (25% of IPE Marks)

Formula to Calculate AP EAMCET 2025 Composite Score

Composite Score=(AP EAMCET Score /160×75) + (IPE Group subjects marks /600×25)

Example: Calculate Composite Score

Let’s say a student scored:

• AP EAMCET Marks = 90 out of 160
• IPE Marks (Group Subjects) = 400 out of 600

Composite Score=(90/160×75) + (400/600X25) =42.18+16.67=58.85= 42.18 + 16.67 = 58.85=42.18+16.67=58.85

So, the final composite score will be 58.85, which will be used to determine the student’s AP EAMCET 2025 rank.

Importance of IPE Weightage in AP EAMCET

The 25% IPE weightage plays a significant role in improving a student’s final composite score and rank. A high score in IPE group subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology) can boost your AP EAMCET rank, especially if EAMCET marks are moderate.
