All Students must have got a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (Internal+External) along with subject-wise passing marks to qualify the Master’s Program. 

IGNOU Passing Marks in Assignment:

Along with theory, it is also very important to get passing marks in Tutor Marked Assignments (TMA). Assignments in IGNOU constitute 30% marks out of the total marks for any course.

Students have to obtain a minimum of 35 marks out of 100 in assignments for Bachelor’s Degree programs. Students who enroll in Master’s Degree programs, have to get a minimum of 40 marks out of 100 in assignments respectively.

Students need to attain a minimum of 50% marks to complete Project Work. If they did not complete the minimum threshold, need to resubmit it again.
