Eligibility Criteria of MHT CET Examination 2024

Those candidates who are planning to appear for the MHT CET 2024 exam should fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination. Given below are the aspects of the eligibility criteria of MHT CET exam 2024:

• Nationality – Those candidates who are applying for the examination should be a citizen of India.
• Age Limit – There is no age limit to apply for the MHT CET examination.
• Qualifying Examination – Candidates should have passed the 12th class, an equivalent level of examination from a recognized board or university with the PCM group of subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  Note: Class 12 students appearing in 2024 session can also apply for this entrance exam.
• Qualifying Marks – Candidates should have scored at least 45% of marks in Class 12 exam. The reserved category students can apply with 40% marks. 

MHT CET 2024 Direct Admissions Eligibility Criteria

Following category candidates will be eligible for direct admission without entrance exam:

• Foreign Nationals.
• Children of NRI/OCI/PIO.
• Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries.

Eligibility Criteria of MHT CET 2024 – Candidature Type

MHT CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Persons with Disability (PwD)

• To apply under PwD category, candidates will have to produce a certificate (Proforma F/F-1) stating disability is not less than 40%.

MHT CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Specialized Branches

• Bio-Medical/Bio-Tech Engineering– Candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination with Biology as a subject.
• Mining Engineering – Female Candidates are not eligible for this course.
