NEET Exam Centres 2025 List: State-wise New Exam City & Codes

National Testing Agency (NTA) announces the city allotment for NEET 2025 exam centre in last week of April 2025. The NEET test will be conducted in 554 cities in India through various NEET Exam Centres. This year, there are no exam centres of NEET in foreign countries. So, it will not be held abroad.

Latest on June 5, 2024:

The complete addrees of the candidate’s designated NEET exam centre will be given on the NEET hall ticket 2025 in May 2025. Candidates would not be allowed to request a change after the exam centre was assigned.

The exam centres of neet are assigned to students as per their preferences selected in NEET 2025 online form. The number of NEET centres 2025 has skyrocketed last year. There were 3,855 NEET centres in all. Read further to know about NEET exam centres and other important details.

Criteria for choosing NEET exam centres 2025

When completing the NEET application form 2025, candidates had to choose the exam location. Candidates must remember the following criteria before selecting their NEET exam centre.

  • Candidates should consider the distance, the availability of transportation options, and last but not least, their familiarity with the center’s route while choosing the exam location.
  • Candidates are therefore required to select the exam city that is nearest to their place of residence. 
  • Traveling on the day of the exam can be a stressful process and may result in panic or anxiety, which could hinder performance. To prevent any delays in getting to the exam site, it is essential to choose a nearest NEET exam location. 
  • The candidate’s centre cannot be modified once it has been assigned, in accordance with NTA norms and guidelines..

NEET 2025 Exam Centre Instructions

Candidates must be aware of the following instructions for the NEET 2025 Exam Center

  • Candidates should adhere to the reporting time mentioned on the NEET admit card 2025. At 1:30 pm, the entrance to the NEET 2025 exam centre will be closed. 
  • Items like geometry/pencil box, side ruler, log table, calculator, any paper material, electronic devices or baggage etc. are forbidden to carry in the exam centre.
  • Inside the NEET exam centre, test-takers are not permitted to bring any food items. Students with diabetes, however, are permitted to carry fruit and sugar tablets.
  • To prevent crowding outside the testing facility, candidates must exit the NEET exam centre one at a time and wait for their turn.

Note:-Candidates must arrive at the designated NEET 2025 exam site at least two hours prior to the start of the test. In order to minimise delays on the exam day and to become familiar with the site, candidates are also encouraged to visit the NEET exam centre 2025 the day before the exam.
