NIFT 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

Aspiring candidates who will be appearing NIFT 2024 are mandatory to meet the prescribed eligibility of NIFT. According to the stipulated NIFT eligibility criteria, candidates should be less than 24 years old. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Person with Disability (PWD) categories get relaxation of 5 years. As per the specified norm, candidates must complete the 12th board exam in the 10+2 pattern of examination from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination.

Step 1 – Do NIFT Online Registration

Students have to make a login account to register themself. For this:

• First of all visit the the official website.
• Click on the ‘Fresh Candidates to create LogIn’ for registration. 
• The following information has to be entered in the login window.
  • Name of the Candidates
  • DOB
  • Re-enter the date of birth
  • Are you a person with disabilities?
  • Valid Email Address
  • Re-enter the email ID
  • Select the programme type
  • Programme Applied for
• The Verification Code will be sent on the entered number or mail ID.
• Enter verification code in appropriate fields.
• Read the instructions given in the application form of NIFT after furnishing all the above-mentioned details, tick ‘Yes,’ and then click on submit button.’

Step 2 – Fill NIFT Application Form 2024

• Candidates will have to login the registration form window using their registered email id, dob to fill NIFT 2024 application form.
• Enter the security code and click on the ‘Submit’ button. 
• Now, students will be able to see the personal details are already filled in the application form. Candidates have to fill the following details.

Step 3 – Upload Photograph and Signature

• In this part of NIFT application form 2024, students have to upload the required documents as per the specification mentioned. 
• After uploading the documents, click on the ‘Next’ button to proceed to the next step.

Step 4 – Make NIFT Fee payment

The application fee of NIFT can be paid in online mode through credit card/debit card

Students must note that the registration form of NIFT must be sent on time. An incomplete registration form received after the deadline will be rejected by the examination authority. Candidates must keep the printout of the NIFT 2024 application form and DD for future reference.

Edit NIFT Application Form 2024 to Make Correction

Candidates can rectify the details if modification required in the application form of NIFT. The window to edit the NIFT application form 2024 will be open most probably in the second week of January. 

However, students must note that they can only modify the information in the registration form before making the payment. Candidates cannot edit the exam centres which they have mentioned earlier. 

After editing the NIFT application form 2024, if any students are found ineligible for the admission, the registration fees will not be refunded. In case, the admission cell finds any fabrication in the details provided, then they have the authority to cancel the candidature of an applicant at any stage.
