Best timetable for JEE aspirants with school
JEE Main Time Table for School going children is given below:
6:30 to 6:45 AM- Do exercise
Students start their day by waking up and always make an effort to get up between 5:30 and 6:00 AM so that students can stretch and exercise. If at all feasible, incorporate yoga and meditation in their routine to improve their mental fortitude and focus which is an important element in the preparation for any exam.
7.30 AM – 2.30 PM – School Study Time
Go to school. Students should make sure to pay close attention to everything that they are taught in class. Focus on taking notes in class; there are two benefits of doing so. This benefits a lot in board exams, which play an important role in determining JEE Advanced eligibility.
3 – 5 PM – Study at Home
This time should be allotted as a study period. This time should be categorized into two halves. In order to provide each segment the same amount of time, prepare these two distinct sections further in two sections. Try this time to study new ideas and tackle challenging issues.
Students should write down problems and doubts so that they can attempt them again the following day and make their doubts clear. This will enable them to effectively manage your time and prevent time loss brought on by mental blocks.
5 – 6 PM – Play Time
From 5 pm to 6 pm, students should play the

8.30 PM – 9.30 PM – Do rest
Get some rest, spend some time outdoors, refuel, and then eat dinner. Have a light meal, please. A supper that is heavy in fat and calories will put them to sleep.
9.30–10.30 PM – Revision
Students should revise the material that they learned during the day. Make a list of things to do the next day and the topics for the next day. Drink some milk before going to bed.
