GMAT 2025 Rescheduling Fee

- You will be charged $175 and $75 will be returned if you cancel the exam between 15 and 60 days before the exam date.
- If the cancellation of the GMAT exam takes place prior to 60 days of the test date, you will be entitled for the refund of $100.
- In case you have to cancel the scheduled GMAT exam within 24 hours of the exam date, no refund is applicable.
- A service fee of $ 10 is applicable if the cancellation request is taking place via telephonic method.

There are a few factors to consider when paying for GMAT application fees online:
- Fees for the GMAT Exam Paid with a debit or credit Card. Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and JCB are the only credit cards accepted.
- The charge will appear on your credit card statement as “VUE*GRAD MGMT TEST.”
- If the card is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Candidates should reschedule another appointment after fully paying the GMAT exam expenses.
- The registration will be revoked if a fraudulent card is used to pay the GMAT form fees. GMAC has the authority to take disciplinary action against the candidate.

- GMAT application fees must be paid in US dollars to Pearson VUE GMAT.
- The bank’s name and location are pre-printed on the cheque.
- The GMAT application costs must be received by Pearson VUE at least 10 days prior to the GMAT exam date.
