MH CET Law Counselling 2024: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct the Maharashtra CET Law Counselling 2024 in online mode through the official website. The Maharashtra CET Counselling is conducted to offer admission in the Law programmes such as, LLB (3 years) and LLB (Integrated 5 years).

Candidates will be able to take admission in the respective courses after appearing in the MH CET Law Counselling 2024 for LLB. The state CET Cell will also release the MH CET Seat Allotment List 2024 on their official website. MH CET Law Counselling Process 2024

The MH CET Law Counselling 2024 will be conducted in online mode. The date for MH CET Law Counselling Procedure 2024 is not declared yet. Below we have provided the counselling process of MH CET Law 2024.

• Step 1 : The first step is to complete the MH Law CET Registration for counselling. To register for the counselling process of Maharashtra CET Law 2024, candidates need to visit the official website – ‘cetcell.mahacet.org’. 
• Step 2 : After visiting the official website, candidates need to register themselves by putting their MH CET Roll Number, Password and other required details. 
• Step 3 : After the registration, candidates will have to enter their preferred institutes/  colleges as per the duration of their program from the list of the participating institutes/ colleges published by the conducting MH CET Law Authority. 
• Step 4 : The authority will release a merit-cum-provisional seat allotment for the registered candidates.
• Step 5 : On the basis of provisional seat allotment list, candidates have to exercise option entry which is followed by the release of MH CET Law Final Merit List 2024.
• Step 6 : Candidates whose name will be present in the final merit list of MH CET Law 2024 will be issued admission letters by the authority.
• Step 7 : Candidates need to verify their documents at the facilitation centres allotted by the authority before proceeding to the next step choice locking for the MH CET Law 2024 seat allotment process.
• Step 8 : In the last step, candidates have to visit the allotted Institues/ Colleges before the deadline to accept their seat and confirm their admission.

MH CET Law Counselling 2024 – Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Rounds

The centralised admission process is about three rounds. The informations about each of the round are mentioned as follows:

MH CET Law Counselling  2024 – CAP Round I

• Those candidates whose names are featuring in the final merit list of Centralised Admission Process are eligible for this round who need to fill online option form.
• The candidates will have to accept the allotment whose first preference is allotted to them beacuse it will be auto frozen.  If they do not accept then they won’t be able to participate in next rounds.
• Such candidates are required to visit ACR to verify their documents and pay the fees through the candidate login
• The candidates has to report to the allotted Institutes/ colleges to finish remaining admission formalities.
• Candidates who are not allotted to the colleges of their first preference and are satisfied and don’t want to take part in the further rounds can freeze their seats.
• Candidates who are not allotted to the colleges of their first preference and are satisfied and agree to accept the seats are eligible in further rounds for institutes/ colleges higher in their list of  preference.
• Candidates who are not allotted to the colleges of their first preference and do not accept their seats are eligible to participate in further CAP rounds.

MH CET Law Counselling  2024 – CAP Round II

• The CAP Round II is for those candidates who are allotted seats other than their first preference in CAP round I and are seeking colleges higher in their list of  preference. There will be no such opportunity for them after Round II 
• And also, this round is for those candidates who are not allotted any seat in CAP Round I

MH CET Law Counselling  2024 – CAP Round III

• If any vacant seats left after CAP Round I and Round II, the CAP Round III will take place.
• The candidates who are eligible for CAP Round III are allowed to edit or fill the online option form was filled by the candidate for the previous CAP round.

Who are Eligible for CAP Round III?

• Those candidates who were not allaoted any seat in the previous CAP rounds
• Those candidates who did not participate in the previous rounds for failing to complete option form.
• Frozen the admissions in the earlier rounds but are eagerly want reapply in this CAP Round.
• Candidates did not register themselves before CAP Round I are also eligible to register before the CAP Round III
