• Candidates securing more in Biology are given higher rank in the merit list.
• On the existence of a tie, candidates with higher chemistry scores are given higher rank.
• If ties still exist, then candidates who score lesser negative marks in the written exam are given higher rank.
• Further existence of ties is resolved by considering the date of birth of the candidate. Older candidates are given priority. So, the tie-case is resolved once for all.

What After Goa NEET Merit List 2024?

Immediately after publication of Goa NEET merit list 2024, DTE, Goa commences state counselling process. Eligible candidates should complete their choice filling process. DTE, Goa will consider the marks scored, rank obtained, eligibility and merit level etc of the candidate and perform Seat allotment based on choices by candidates. Candidates if agree with seat allotment are supposed to report to the specified college/University within given time.
