Central Board of Secondary Education determines and allots the CTET exam centre 2024 to all candidates. Candidates appear for the test at their respective CTET 2024 exam center only. The chance to change CTET exam centre city is provided once during the correction in CTET 2024 Registration.
This year, a total of 136 cities have been fixed for the CTET exam centre 2024. Candidates can choose only exam cities while filling the registration form.
The board provides the facility to choose four different examination cities where candidates can appear the exams. One should choose exam cities in order of their CTET examination centre preference.
The exact name and address of CTET exam centre 2024 is communicated through admit card. Once allotted, the CTET exam centre 2024 can not be changed by a candidate. CTET OMR Sheet 2024 will also be provided at the exam centre along with the test booklet.
These exam city preferences can be filled in while submitting the CTET examination form 2024. The choice of CTET 2024 exam centre should not be the same. Check the list of CTET exam cities available in the information bulletin.

How to change CTET Exam Center 2024?
Open the official website: www.ctet.nic.in 2024.
Click on the ‘CTET Application Form Correction 2024’ link to open the CTET Login portal.
Enter the CTET form number, password and security code.
Click the Login button and open the dashboard.
Choose the CTET Exam Centre 2024 Change option.
Choose the first exam city choice and save it.

Allotment of CTET Exam Centre 2024
After the closing of the correction window, the board allots CTET exam center 2024 to all candidates. The CBSE board make every effort to allot a CTET Centre in one of the city chosen by a candidate. However, the board can allot a CTET exam Centre 2024 anywhere in India other than Candidate’s choice.
Important Note regarding CTET centre 2024 allotment:
The board may cancel any CTET 2024 exam centre due to less number of candidates or any other reason. Candidates who opted for that centre cancelled city as 1st Choice may be allotted CTET Examination Centres in other city from the city 2nd or 3rd or 4th choice or any other city.
Under no circumstances, the CBSE CTET exam Centre 2024 once allotted shall be changed by the Board.

It is mandatory for each candidate to reach the examination hall before the starting of CTET exam. If any candidate comes after the exam starting, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the examination on CTET exam date December 2024.

What to carry at CTET Exam Centre 2024?
Candidates should download CTET admit card 2024 and take a printout of it. The admit card printout must be carried at the CTET 2024 exam centre.
Candidates can carry one CTET photo which they upload in the application form. A photo is asked for some of the competitive exams.
Scribe/amanuensis: The board may provide the facility of scribe/amanuensis to a person who has a disability of 40% or more. The candidate may be permitted for opting of his/her own scribe/amanuensis. The superintendent of CTET test centre 2024 may not provide any scribe on his/her request.
Disability Certificate: The differently abled candidates are allowed to bring their disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority. This certificate must be produced at the CTET exam centre 2024 to avail of the relaxation in CTET exam duration.
What not to carry at CTET Exam Center 2024?
Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the centres:-
Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard etc.
Any communication devices like Mobile phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health band etc.
Any Watch/Wrist watch, Camera, wallet, goggles, handbags Golden ornaments etc.
Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communication devices/gadgets like Camera, Bluetooth devices etc.
Smoking, chewing gutka, spitting etc in the Examination Hall/Room is strictly prohibited.
Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms of CTET 2024 Exam Centre during examination hours.
Procedure to be Followed During Conduct of CTET Test
Candidates shall maintain proper silence in the CTET Exam centre 2024 during the test.
For any technical assistance, first aid emergency or any other information, one should approach the Centre Superintendent/Invigilator.
No candidate will leave the examination room without the special permission of the Invigilator until the exam duration is over.
By furnishing false information, if a candidate appears in more than one shift/date, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
All calculations/writing work should be done only in the Rough Sheet provided at the CTET Test Centre 2024. After the completion of the test, hand over the rough sheets to the Invigilator.
