NEET Photo Size, Format, Documents, Other Details – Some guidelines have been issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to affix the passport-size photo to the NEET 2025 admit card. Along with this, candidates need to know about the NEET 2025 Photo size specification and required documents of NEET for registration.

Candidates have to follow the NEET 2025 guidelines for the Photo size, format, resolution, and style of the NEET UG 2025 photo, signature, and thumb impression. The candidate won’t be able to apply unless they follow the guidelines while uploading the NEET 2025 required documents.

Important Points to Remember while Uploading NEET 2025 Photo

Following is the list of important points to keep in mind before uploading the passport and postcard-size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.

Passport and Postcard size photograph for NEET 2025

The photographs should be Polaroid or computer generated.
It shouldn’t have any reflection or shadow; the background should be plain.
Photographs of candidates wearing goggles or caps are not accepted.
It shouldn’t be attested

Postcard size photo for NEET 2025 admit card

Once NTA issues the NEET 2025 admit card on its online portal, candidates have to download it and take a printout of the same. They have to affix the same size of colored photograph that they affixed on their application form i.e. (4″X6″). Candidates also have to sign on the photograph on the left side.

Signature photo for NEET 2025

Images should be scanned and then uploaded.
It should be in running handwriting.
Unsigned forms will not be accepted.

Left-hand thumb Impression for NEET 2025 Exam

Images should be scanned before uploading.
The impression should be clear.
Application without a thumb impression won’t be accepted.

How to convert NEET images in the required specification

Candidates have to convert NEET images of photographs, signatures, and left-hand thumb impressions according to the specification mentioned in the brochure. For converting the images there are many free online tools available that candidates can download and use. For changing the background, they can use the paint tool available on the desktop.

NEET 2025 Photo Correction Window

In case the required images are not uploaded according to NEET 2025 guidelines, then the application form won’t be accepted. If that happens, then the assigned authorities inform the aspirants about it on their registered email id and phone number. They can also change it in the NEET 2025 Correction Window. Aspirants have to log in to their application portal and then upload the correct images. After submitting it, the NEET 2025 correction slip will be generated. Take a printout for the same.
