Bachelor in Medicine, Bachelor in Surgery is a 5.5-year undergraduate course with theoretical and practical training in every field of medicine. Aspirants would be studying Applied Medical Biochemistry, Applied Pharmacology, Human Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology in detail, Human Microbiology, Dermatology, Pediatrics, General Surgery, and so on.

On the other hand, a Doctor in Medicine is a postgraduate course that offers specialization in Dentistry, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Ophthalmology, and so on. Aspirants can pursue this course only after completing their MBBS.

For MBBS, Aspirants have to complete their 10+2 with chemistry, physics, and biology as their main subjects. They have to clear it with a minimum of 50% aggregate. The reserved category gets 10% off only if they fulfill the eligibility criteria.

On the other side, MD aspirants need to be MBBS graduates from a recognized medical college with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The CS/CT/OBC category receives 10% relaxation.
