The application forms are required to be released by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) through online mode on their official website, slcm.cgstate.gov.in/DMEonline. 1. Registration
The first and foremost step in filling out the Chhattisgarh NEET application form 2024 is to get registered. The candidate can register by visiting the official website and filling out their personal details.
2. Login and fill out the application form
After the registration is completed, candidates are required to log in and access the actual Chhattisgarh NEET application form. Once the application form is displayed on the screen, candidates are required to fill it out by providing certain personal and academic details such as their name, address, contact details, NEET scores, etc.
3. Uploading the documents
After successfully filling out the application form, the candidates are required to upload the important documents as asked such as passport size photographs, left-hand thumb impression, and signature.

Chhattisgarh MBBS Admission 2024 – Merit List
The conducting authorities will release the state merit list on the basis of NEET scores. The merit list will be uploaded online in a form of a pdf. The merit list will contain the name of the candidates, roll number, NEET State rank, course applied, qualifying status, and other details. The candidates whose names will be included in the merit list will be called for the counseling process.
NEET Chhattisgarh Admission 2024 – Counseling Process
DME, Raipur will conduct two rounds of the counseling process. The first round will be for those candidates whose names are included in the merit list. The eligible candidates will have to provide their choice of courses and colleges.
On the basis of choice filled, seat available, merit list, NEET reservation criteria, and other factors admission would be granted. The candidates allotted a seat should report to the designated colleges for the completion of their admission. Raipur will also conduct a mop-up round in case a seat is vacant for admission.
